The only thing I regret about spending my birthday in Hong Kong is I won’t get to be there when H&M launches the Marni collection.  After the lackluster reception of Jason Wu’s collection for Target, the fashion world needs another boost.  And Marni for H&M, I think, is it.  Aside from Imogen Poots being the new Marni muse and Sofia Coppola directing the film or video and not to mention, the very apt background music of Bryan Ferry’s Avalon, the collection itself is worth drooling over.  Back to femininity, guys and gals.  Besides, I’ve never been a fan of androgyny.

Marni for H&M hits stores this March.  Watch the video.
