There’s a lot of that now that I’m unemployed. I’m not looking into a new job in the kitchen. I’m just looking for any job with the promise of long tenure. Do you know what I mean? So right now, I’m basically helping out at home, sleeping late, waking up late and going out with friends. We were supposed to go to Baler, Aurora but i don’t know what happened and it’s suddenly cancelled. I even prepared and downloaded songs to my iPod hoping to listen to the songs on the road. I guess my yamaha hs50m-induced songs won’t be played until I hit the beach again. When will that be?

Yep, I have resigned from work and is basically jobless. I now belong to the thousands of Filipinos who are unemployed. So new Senators, what can you do about the unemployment problem of the Philippines? Anyway, I’m enjoying this free time. I literally got tired of work and with no promise of becoming a regular employee ever, what’s the point of spending and devoting months and years to your job? Thanks to our politicians who are just after the numbers and statistics, people like me are looking into becoming casuals forever. F them. So what if the government have created thousands of jobs only to lose those jobs again after six months? Really, what’s the point?
This morning greeted me with a frenzy of activities at home and at work. Why is Monday always so busy? Don’t get me wrong. I like busy but not the hectic busy. I had a ton of things to do that I didn’t know where to start. So I sat for at least 10 minutes doing nothing until I got my bearings back and started with laundry. At work, my co-worker asked a favor to search for a Web To Print Solutions online. And since he got my back from a boo-boo I did two weeks ago, I couldn’t just no to him no matter how much I wanted to because of my pending tasks. I still had to debone hundreds of fish, water the micro herbs, peel potatoes and assist in the service. But I survived and I was so proud. Hectic, bring it!!!
